Kitchen Coach
Becoming a Kitchen Coach was a natural evolution of my lifelong passion for food, cooking, and connecting with others. As a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and a chef with years of experience in kitchens across the country—from New York City to San Diego—I’ve seen firsthand how empowering it is when people truly understand their food. I believe everyone deserves to feel confident in the kitchen, whether they’re preparing a simple weeknight dinner or experimenting with new ingredients and techniques.
Throughout my journey, I realized that cooking isn’t just about following recipes—it’s about understanding where food comes from, how it’s grown, and the best ways to prepare it with care and purpose. My goal as a Kitchen Coach is to bridge the gap between professional culinary training and everyday home cooking. I want to share the knowledge I’ve gained over the years in a way that’s approachable, encouraging, and tailored to each person’s unique lifestyle and goals.
Ultimately, I became a Kitchen Coach to inspire others to enjoy the process of cooking and to connect more deeply with their food and their communities. Whether I’m teaching a class, designing a custom kitchen experience, or helping someone improve their skills one-on-one, I’m here to make the kitchen a place of confidence, creativity, and joy. This work brings together everything I care about—flavor, sustainability, technique, and human connection—and I’m honored to share it with you.
Cooking is more than just a profession for me; it’s a way to make a positive impact on people’s lives. I believe that sharing a meal can bring people closer and nourish not just the body, but the soul. I’m dedicated to sourcing, handling, and cooking the finest ingredients, always aiming to bring out the best in every dish.
