This is one of my favorite things to do because it requires getting in the kitchen and cooking up new things, as well as creating the best dishes I know how to. I have a strong background in Classical French and Italian Cuisines as well as Progressive American to gool ole’ BBQ and Southern Homestyle Cookin’! I understand the basics of many other styles of cuisine and have a thoroughly developed pallette that will bring your menu to the forefront of whatever concept you can throw at me.
